Do you only manage in Detroit or can you manage multifamilies in the surrounding areas, like Southfield and Berkely?

Yes, at Domus we manage both single family homes and multifamily buildings in all of Metro Detroit, including but not limited to: Warren, Dearbon, Berkely, Pontiac, Southfield, Inkster and Eastpointe.

Do you have experience with Section 8 tenants, veterans and other rent subsidy programs?

Yes, we have vast experience working with the different federal agencies to manage Section 8 tenant placement and annual insepctions, as well as with other third party organizations like Veterans Affairs.

How quickly do you fill vacancies?

Depending on the property condition and location and the time of the year, we typically place cash tenants within 30 to 45 days, while Section 8 tenants might take around 60 days due to the required pre move-in federal inspection. Spring, Summer and early Fall are the most popular times of the year for move-ins.

Do you take care of maintenance requests and inspection repairs needed for my property?
